— Tyler Breeze def. Jaxson Ryker countering a chokeslam with a roll-up

— The Forgotten Sons attacked Tyler Breeze after his match with Ryker, until Fandango made his surprise return to NXT and the two cleaned house. The hit stereo superkicks on Ryker and celebrated together.

— Candice LeRae is shown waiting outside on Io Shirai to arrive at the arena…

— Cameron Grimes def. Bronson Reed in an NXT Breakout Tournament semi-final match

— It’s officially announced that Grimes will face Jordan Myles (fka ACH) in the finals of the NXT Breakout Tournament next Saturday at NXT Takeover: Toronto.

— Matt Riddle was interviewed about being brutally attacked by Killian Dain a few weeks ago, and put through the stage. Riddle is serious here, and tells Dain he shouldn’t have attacked him from behind if he was looking to make an impact at his expense, and dares the big man to confront him face-to-face.

— Shayna Baszler came out and and complained about Mia Yim being unprofessional and attacking her friends at the Performance Center. She says NXT is the streets or some back alley somewhere, and street rats don’t survive in her world. Mia interrupted and asked Shayna where her friends are. She says she has nothing to lose, and she’s bringing a fight Shayna can’t simply train for.

— William Regal goes outside and tells Candice that Io Shirai isn’t going to show up tonight. He grants her a match with Io at NXT Takeover: Toronto and pleads with her to just go home.

— Pete Dunne def. Roderick Strong

— The show ends with a staredown between Dunne, Strong and NXT North American Champion Velveteen Dream. Strong ends up bailing up the ramp, and Dunne lays out the champion with the Bitter End.
