CM Punk Still Criticized For Tweets, WWE Stock, Over The Limit Note
– WWE is billing the World Heavyweight Title Match at Over the Limit as an “international incident of epic proportions,” with each of the participants being from different countries – Sheamus (Ireland), Alberto Del Rio (Mexico), Chris Jericho (Canada) and Randy Orton (USA).
– During CNBC’s “Mad Money,” host Jim Cramer was asked yesterday about WWE stock. Cramer’s response, “SELL, SELL, SELL, no growth!”
– Conservative website BreitBart.com has published an article about CM Punk’s Twitter comments from Monday – when Punk told a fan on Twitter “kill yourself” and another to “drink bleach” because they do not support gay marriage. The site called Punk “another Dan Savage-style eloquent spokesperson for the same-sex marriage cause.”
The site conveniently did not mention Punk’s apology just hours after he made the tweets.
