During WrestleMania Weekend two months ago, WWE announced basic details of a new “Scooby-Doo” movie scheduled for release this summer.
New details have emerged via trailer released Wednesday by IGN.com, including the cast of WWE stars in animated form.
The Undertaker is the headline WWE star in the movie, titled “Scooby-Doo and WWE: Curse of the Speed Demon,” which is set for home video and digital release on August 9.
The cast list of WWE stars includes:
Triple H & Stephanie McMahon
Rusev & Lana
“Stardust” Cody Rhodes (now gone from WWE)
Los Matadores (repackaged as the Shining Stars)
This is the second movie in the WWE/Scooby Doo partnership. John Cena starred in the first edition, “Scooby-Doo! WrestleMania Mystery,” released two years ago.
