Dalai Lama, the Tibetan spiritual leader is also probably the world’s most famous refugee. The 14th Dalai Lama who fled Tibet in 1959 has been living in India along with thousands of his followers all these years. Given this background, it is quite ironic that out of all people imaginable Dalai Lama has a warning about refugees.
Speaking to BBC, the Tibetan spiritual leader claimed that Europe could become ‘Muslim or African’ if refugees who have been taken in are not then sent back to their home countries.
